You will find us in the middle of the trend area around Lokstadt and Lokwerk near the central station of Winterthur. Parking is available nearby (for example Parkhaus Lokwerk).
We are open always Tuesdays 6:30 – 7:30 pm and offer Pilates mat classes. Our studio provides a changing area and restrooms. We have mats for the training ready.
Our instructor
Sandra is a certified BASI® Pilates mat teacher and following her passion. Her classes are well prepared with lots of joy and positive energy as well as a smile that can be contagious. She loves Pilates and fitness as much as travelling around the world. She loves to learn about new cultures and countries and using her talent for languages.
